Mark Loehrer

Mark Loehrer uses color to bring historical photographs of St. Louis into fresh focus. He gravitates toward ordinary scenes—streets, storefronts, theaters, and places of work—where a glimpse of daily life can open a deeper connection to the past. His colorized images were featured in Green Door’s *Lou-La-La!* exhibition.
